Founding Membership

The first chapter is always special. Join the Zambelli Wine Society during our inaugural enrollment period and you'll automatically be recognized as a Founding Member.

Every member who joins during the inaugural enrollment period—whether selecting the Cellar Collection or the Reserve Collection—receives the complete Founding Member experience and commemorative gifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Seasonal Billing

    By joining, you authorize the Zambelli Wine Society and its authorized fulfillment or retail partner to charge the payment method on file for two seasonal shipments each year. Members will receive advance notice before each charge with the anticipated billing date, shipment price, expected contents, and deadline for address or payment updates. Applicable taxes and any disclosed shipping charges will be added at checkout or billing.

  • No Skips

    Seasonal shipments may not be skipped. The Society is structured around receiving both the Spring and Fall releases. Members who do not wish to receive a future shipment must cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Your first shipment is required. After your first shipment, you may cancel your membership at any time by using the published online cancellation method or by contacting us. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next scheduled shipment. A request received within 30 days of the next shipment will take effect after that shipment has been charged and fulfilled. We will send written confirmation when a cancellation is completed.


  • Delivery, Returns & Damage

    Members are responsible for maintaining a current delivery address and ensuring an adult is available to receive the shipment. Additional carrier, return, address-correction, or reshipment charges caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery, or unavailable adult may be charged to the member. Because wine is perishable, completed sales are final except where required by law. Contact us within seven days if wine arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise compromised so we can review and resolve the issue.

  • Preferred Member Pricing

    Preferred member pricing applies only to eligible wine purchases made directly through the Zambelli Wine Society during an active membership. It does not apply to taxes, shipping, events, merchandise, prior purchases, or third-party retailers unless expressly stated, and it may not be combined with other promotions.

  • Shipping Availability

    Wine ships from Oregon and is available only to destinations where our licensed seller and fulfillment partner are legally authorized to sell and ship wine directly to consumers. Eligible states will be displayed at checkout and may change as licenses and regulations change. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not currently offered unless expressly stated.

  • Adult Signature

    The purchaser and recipient must be at least 21 years old. An adult age 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery, and the carrier may require government-issued identification.

  • Weather Holds

    To protect wine quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. A weather hold does not change the member’s purchase commitment; the wine will ship when conditions are appropriate.

  • Wine Selection, Availability & Pricing

    Shipment contents may vary by vintage and availability. Limited wines, library releases, additional bottles, and event reservations are offered while supplies or capacity last. Future shipment prices and benefits may change because of vintage conditions, production costs, currency movements, freight, tariffs, taxes, regulatory requirements, or other material costs. Members will receive advance notice of any change before the affected billing date.
